Kernans Bistro is currently looking for an experienced Senior Cook or Chef to take on a leading role within our busy kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, work as part of a strong team and play an important role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a busy kitchen environment
- Is HACCP trained with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Is confident in leading and supporting a busy kitchen team
- Is reliable, organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality food and service
